Meet Dr. Blair

Dr. David Blair is the director of optometric services at Primary Eye Care Associates. A proud native of Northern Kentucky, Dr. Blair earned his bachelor’s degree at Northern Kentucky University and completed his Doctor of Optometry at the University of Houston College of Optometry. He pursued externships at the Dayton VA Medical Center and Commonwealth Eye Services in Lexington, KY, gaining early clinical experience that shaped his patient-first philosophy. Dr. Blair began his career providing care in Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati area, and has since grown his practice into one of the region’s leading centers for advanced optometric care. He has more than 30 years of experience managing complex eye conditions and is well known across Burlington, Boone County, and Greater Cincinnati for his thorough, thoughtful care.
