Dr. David Blair is the director of optometric services at Primary Eye Care Associates. He is proud to call Northern Kentucky his hometown and is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University, where he achieved his bachelor’s degree.

A student of the University of Houston College of Optometry in Texas, Dr. Blair received his Doctorate of Optometry degree in 1994. As a post graduate, Dr. Blair did externships at the Dayton, Ohio VAMC and Commonwealth Eye Services in Lexington, KY.

During his career, Dr. David Blair gained extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of ocular diseases such as diabetes, macular degeneration, glaucoma and cataracts.

He continues to be a leading provider of exemplary eye care in the Burlington, Kentucky, Cincinnati, and Boone County areas and has been helping people with their eye care needs for over 20 years.
